Job Title : Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Job Purpose : Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Apis Services, you will be a key player in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible. Under the guidance of the Home Supervisor / QIDP, you will support the vision and outcomes outlined in each person's Individual Support Plan (ISP) or Person-Centered Support Plan (PCSP), ensuring their safety and well-being while helping them thrive in their community.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Personal Care : Assist with daily hygiene (when necessary), bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Physical Support : Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs as needed.

Household Tasks : Prepare meals and cook as required.

Community Engagement : Transport individuals within the community.

Medication Administration : (for Community Living settings only).

Required Education and Experience :

Education : High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience : Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Other Requirements : Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a valid driver's license from TN, AR, or MS. Candidates must also pass all required pre-employment screenings, including criminal background checks and drug tests.

$150 signing bonus received after 90 days of employment.

$200 referral bonus if you refer someone and they are hired.
