Director of Product Operations

We're looking for a Director of Product Operations to help scale how our product organization executes, communicates, and delivers value to customers. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success ensuring that our strategic initiatives run smoothly, our teams stay aligned, and our product decisions are grounded in customer feedback and business impact. You'll be both a strategic operator and a hands-on leader, managing a team of six or more Product Operations Managers and Program Managers. Together, you'll drive execution on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to HighLevel's growth including internationalization, activation, product adoption, and operational excellence.
