Key Responsibilities
Supports real estate transactions by assisting customers with inquiries and providing high-level customer service
Manages employees engaged in client management and implements strategies to maintain client relationships
Develops departmental policies and procedures to enhance customer service by anticipating and addressing client needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Knowledge of Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines and appraisal laws
Experience in managing client relationships and customer service initiatives
Understanding of standard procedures and team integration within the workplace
