As a Senior Project Implementation Specialist (Workday), you will lead exciting optimization projects that leverage the full capabilities of the Workday Talent and Performance module. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead optimization projects to unlock the complete potential of the Workday Talent and Performance module.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, participating in and / or leading kick-off meetings and ongoing discussions with the project team.
- Oversee project tasks, establish milestone dates, assign responsibilities, and track progress while preparing and delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot challenges and offer effective solutions.
- Support business partners during the testing phase to ensure Talent and Performance functionalities meet their needs.
- Develop detailed technical specifications for Workday Talent and Performance configurations and integrations.
- Maintain consistent communication with business partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization.
- Align business processes and design with Workday Talent and Performance best practices.
- Analyze technical impacts from backlog resolution and release management activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
- Contribute to large cross-functional initiatives and implementation activities.
