Job Description

• Total Number of FTE’s needed? 3-4 full time CRNAs
• Reason for Coverage : Vacancies
• EMR : Epic
• Coverage Dates : ASAP (ongoing)
• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration : M-F, guaranteed 40 hours per week; 8, 10, 12, and 24 hours shifts available; prefer candidates who are flexible, must work full time
• Is call required? Yes
• Rotation : 1 call shift per week, no post call day off; in house and beeper call available
• Type of call : pager / in-house (primarily doing pager)
• # of ORs currently being run : 7 ORs
• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : Care Team—supervised by MDs
• Cases : endo, general, ophthalmology, plastic, urology
