For Industrial projects – we are looking for large projects – MEP experience

o Ex : not the same as commercial construction like parking garages, hospitals but something like industrial factories, power plants, etc à also involved in what’s inside not just the “shell” of a large project

  • PM experience needs to be client facing and not just managing projects within a company
  • Have a valid passport – the travel is usually pre-planned and short stints but is a must for this role
  • Lunch is provided and brought in every day.

Must Haves :

  • 10+ years of project management leadership in industrial or construction projects.
  • Proven record of delivering design / build projects ranging from $20M–$200M
  • Strong background in design / build project delivery, including integration of mechanical / electrical systems into industrial facilities
  • Skilled in contract negotiations, financial forecasting, and subcontractor management
  • Expert in balancing budget (change orders), cost, scope, and schedule
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and present to C-level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration – (or similar)
  • Plusses :

  • PMP / PMI certification
  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Day to Day :

    Hiring for a Senior Project Executive (PX) to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio. This person must be prepared to take ownership of projects worth $20M–$100M+ from concept through completion. The company has had continuous growth the past few years, with many additional new projects in the pipeline.

    As a Senior Project Executive, you will :

  • Lead projects from Concept and Design Engagement (CaDE) through detailed design and final delivery.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for client satisfaction, budget, schedule, and safety.
  • Drive projects with a design / build mindset, integrating facility construction and specialized equipment delivery.
  • Manage and mentor project delivery teams (SPMs, PMs, APMs, Administrators).
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
  • Build trusted client relationships and inspire confidence in every engagement.
  • Report directly to senior leadership and present polished updates at the executive level
