Travel Contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist - CTNM
Pay : $150 an hour
Shift : 8am - 4 : 30 pm

Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis : Analyze imaging results, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with physicians to interpret findings and determine the best course of action.
- Imaging Procedures : Perform a range of nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET, SPECT, and other specialized scans, following established protocols and safety standards.
- Compliance : Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards, including radiation safety protocols, to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about procedures, answering any questions and providing reassurance to alleviate concerns.
- Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain sophisticated imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Patient Care : Prepare and position patients for nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Radiopharmaceuticals : Prepare, administer, and monitor radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring proper dosage and handling in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications :
Certification : Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT-N) required.Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field.Experience : Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply.Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Compassion : A genuine desire to help others and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.Why Join Us?
