Purpose And Scope

The incumbent supports a department or work area by performing general office and / or clerical services. Assist management with simple, routine or repetitive general or clerical tasks. Respond to walk-in, fax and email inquiries. Works directly with the area of Raptor, troubleshooting problems with the systems installed at schools via the phone.

• Provide general office and clerical support for one or more work areas.
• Perform basic filing, mail pickup, distribution and telephone coverage.
• Identify issues or problems and seek assistance from higher level personnel or management.
• Prepare correspondence regarding Prevention / Intervention Program and Raptor System and set up meeting with schools.
• Prepare charts based on weekly information submitted for Prevention / Intervention Programs and Raptor System throughout the district.
• Receive calls regarding the Raptor Systems, Prevention and Intervention Programs throughout the district.
• Process Weekly Reports.
• Maintain databases for various Prevention / Intervention Programs and Raptor.
• Track reports and program findings prior to and following Meetings.
• Assist schools with program and / or system concerns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

(PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND / OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).

Degree Equivalency Formula :

Bachelor's Degree = 4 years plus required years of experience.

Master's Degree = 2 additional years of experience (e.g. master's degree is equivalent to 6 years of experience.
