Landscaping Worker

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscaping Workers. As a family-owned staffing company, we pride ourselves on matching talented individuals with reputable landscaping companies in need of support. In this role, you will assist with various landscaping tasks, including the installation and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs, lawn care, and general outdoor beautification efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planting, cultivating, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control
• Help with landscape design installations under the direction of supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
