About Your Role :

As a Behavioral Therapis t you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group interventions to consumers in the home, school, or community setting when, without treatment, behaviors may require a more restrictive setting.

Perks of this role :

Billable rate : $18-$20 / hour, majority of hours should be at billable rate.

Non-billable / admin rate : $9 / hour (Roughly a few non-billable hours a month)

Travel rate : $10.25 / hour

Does the following apply to you?

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience working with children / adolescents in a school setting

Experience with behavior management and autism of children and adolescents

Preferred education and experience, not required :

Bachelor’s degree

At least 1 year of experience in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis

Additional Qualifications :

Valid PA Drivers License and Car Insurance

Ability to Obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances (Act 73)

Ability to travel and work at multiple locations
