Description What You'll Do

As a Commercial Loan Processing Coordinator 3, you will :

• Prepare and process higher-level and complex commercial loans, including SBA, Participations, and Construction loans .
• Focus on loan documentation for the top 25% tier loan portfolio , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct peer reviews of co-workers' loan packages prior to closing.
• Perform thorough due diligence prior to approval, including :

Environmental / Working Conditions : Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
