Vascular Surgery Opening in Altoona, PA Located in South Central Pennsylvania - 100m to Pittsburgh Position Details Full-time, permanent Employed Multi Specialty Group Currently 1 vascular surgeon in practice - Hospital has 2 vascular surgeons on staff, both employed but in separate practices Patient Load : Office : patients per day Work Schedule : Office : M - F : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Call Schedule : Practice : 1 : 2 Hospital : 1 : 3 Skill Mix : Full-scope vascular surgery case mix including open and endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula grafts, extremity bypass surgery, angiograms. Easy access to the 12-operating room suite, interventional / endovascular procedure room, and 6-operating room ambulatory surgery center. Must be proficient and comfortable with AV fistula grafts for renal dialysis patients.
