As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, implement best practices, and improve workflow efficiencies across the firm. You will work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure operational effectiveness, maintain quality service standards, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and implement SOPs at the direction of leadership
• Implement oversee KPI tracking
• Integrate and optimize Filevine and LeadLeaddocket
• Oversee and optimize daily operations, including administrative support, case management, and resource allocation.
• Implement efficient office processes and operational policies to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all operations support the firm’s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate communication and cooperation among departments to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct training and development initiatives for staff to improve skills and efficiency.
