Schedule Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med / Surg Telemetry to join our healthcare team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality care to patients with medical and surgical conditions, ensuring their safety and comfort during their stay. Responsibilities Deliver patient care in a Med / Surg Telemetry environment. Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording vital signs and symptoms. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare procedures and home care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med / Surg Telemetry. MUST HAVE an active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand.
