Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Travel Echocardiography Technologist Winston-Salem, NC

We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Echocardiography Technologist for a contract assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic cardiac imaging environment while enjoying all that Winston-Salem and the surrounding area have to offer.

Assignment Details :

Location : Winston-Salem, NC

Contract Length : 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Shift : Days, evenings, or nights depending on facility needs

Hours : Guaranteed 3640 hours per week

Compensation : Competitive weekly pay package (includes hourly wages plus stipends for housing and meals)

Responsibilities :

Perform echocardiography studies according to physician orders and department protocols

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams

Operate and maintain echo equipment, troubleshoot as needed, and ensure high-quality images

Accurately document findings and collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals

Follow all safety standards and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications :

Current RDCS, RCS, or ARDMS / Echo credential required

Active BLS certification

Minimum of 12 years of recent echocardiography experience (travel experience preferred but not required)

Strong technical and patient care skills

Ability to adapt quickly in new clinical environments
