Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and inventory management of automotive core.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a high level of team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with logistics, quality , and other departments to support overall warehouse objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to warehouse operations and inventory.
• Report daily KPI and metrics to Management.
• Manage daily time and time off requests for direct reports.
• Communicate with various departments on needs of the facility, including local transporter, maintenance and management.
• Handle incoming and make outgoing calls for questions, and inquiries related to core administration.
• Other duties as determined by management
