Quality Assurance Technician

Quality Technician / Floor Inspector responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following :

• First Piece Inspection & Approval.
• In-process inspection.
• Final Inspections
• Operate CMM / FARO Arm
• Setting of gages prior to use.
• Perform duties as requested by the Quality Manager
• Properly use and read gauges.
• Reporting Requirements :

This position will report directly to the Quality Manager.

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year on the job training, working in a manufacturing facility.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities : Must have a general understanding of machining process, basic blue print reading, ISO 9001, ISO 17025

Mathematics : Must know the fundamentals of mathematical calculations
