Job Description :

Uses video systems and associated software to continuously observe all gaming and gaming-related areas for any deviations, abnormality or unusual activity as defined by law, regulation and in-house policies and procedures.  Responsible for overseeing Surveillance Operators reports and conduct.

Job Focus :

Focus is on, but not limited to the following :

• Makes detailed written reports or follow-up reports on incidents that occur on property.
• Works closely with Local, State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies while conducting investigations.
• Works closely and all departments.
• Operates CCTV and Cameras, conducts routine surveillance observations.
• Conducts observations and investigates and suspicious activity on the gaming floor.
• Checks all surveillance equipment at the start of the shift to ensure these are in good working condition.
• Views the casino areas for identification of cheating activities, undesirables, pilferage and embezzlement.
• Monitors Table games, Slots, Cages and Coin Banks, Soft Count, R&S.
• Assists Security in protecting the welfare of the employees and guests of the casino and hotel.
• Coordinates with local, state and federal law enforcement in the investigation of criminal activity which occurred on company property.
• Oversees the Surveillance Room operations in the absence of a Supervisor.
