Manual Testing Lead

A company is looking for a Test Lead - Manual.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional and exploratory testing, drafting detailed test plans and strategies

Manage defect tracking, coordinate with project teams, and lead the complete STLC process

Communicate status updates to stakeholders and maintain QA artifacts for audits

Required Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in Manual testing

Expertise in the STLC process and Agile methodology

Strong knowledge of SQL queries

Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM

BE / B. Tech in any specialization
