Key Responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on technician-generated quotes to ensure completion and customer delivery

Collaborate with field teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times

Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in a related field

Proven experience collaborating effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams)

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
