Must be a Licsened RN in NYS

24-4 years relevant nursing and or health care exp with client coordination responsibilitites

Prior experience in long-term care, managed health or insurance environment preferred

Certified Case Manage (CCM) a plus

Bi-lingual in Englishand another language a plus : Korean, Mandarin / Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Creold

Must be fully vaccinated.
