Consumer Loan Specialist

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :

Achieve individual and branch sales goals while exceeding customer expectations.

Build new relationships and maintain existing ones, guiding customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle.

Present tailored financial solutions based on customer needs to help them reach their goals.

Offer customers optional insurance products to enhance their financial security.

Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loans to ensure clarity and understanding.

Collaborate with local businesses to identify and attract new customers.

Learn and apply credit underwriting techniques and effective sales tools.

Manage the entire loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

COMPENSATION :

The target base salary for this role ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on various factors including your skills and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for a competitive compensation program linked to both individual and company performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

A high school diploma or GED.

Availability to travel locally for business development activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.

Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
