We are a non-denominational church based in San Antonio, TX.

The Next Generations Pastor reports to the Executive Pastors and provides pastoral guidance, operational leadership, and ministry coordination to the Next Generations ministry areas at Summit Church.

This position has supervisory responsibility over the Children's Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Young Adult Pastor.

Compensation :

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Next Generations Ministry Leadership

• Work with the Executive Pastors to set ministry goals that align with the vision of Summit Church
• Develop, lead, and disciple Next Gen ministry leaders by facilitating training and setting specific, measurable goals that achieve the vision and purpose of their assigned ministry
• Oversee the programming and development strategies that the Next Gen ministry leaders create
• Oversee the team’s efforts for coordinating, planning, and executing various Next Gen ministry events
