Senior Electrical Project Manager

Location : Ohio - Cleveland / Columbus (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary : $100,000 - $170,000 per annum

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center and industrial projects across Ohio, with a primary focus on the Cleveland / Columbus area.

About the Role

As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex data center and industrial projects with electrical scopes ranging from $1 million to $50 million. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Build, mentor, and grow high-performing project teams
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications
  • Provide strategic input on planning and risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center or industrial projects
  • Proven track record managing electrical scopes between $1 million and $50 million
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Willingness to travel or relocate within Ohio as needed
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
