Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in tailored solutions for diverse client needs. We seek an experienced Director of Strategic Growth and Capture to lead large-scale efforts across Federal and SLED markets. This role involves developing strategies, building relationships, and ensuring competitive, compliant responses to RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capture efforts across Federal and SLED markets, aligning with MCI's growth goals.
  • Develop tailored capture strategies for procurement environments.
  • Advise senior leadership on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government clients.
  • Manage long-term and short-term capture efforts, coordinating teams.
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create win strategies and value propositions.
  • Support pricing strategies with market data.
  • Manage teaming agreements, NDAs, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate on staffing and resource alignment for bids.
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant responses to RFIs, RFPs, and related documents.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years in capture management or business development, with Federal and SLED expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of Federal and SLED procurement processes.
  • Experience with agencies like Treasury, FDIC, SEC, Education, Commerce, Energy, Justice, and others.
  • Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SLED procurement platforms.
  • Success in capturing Federal and SLED business.
  • Ability to adapt strategies to diverse customer needs.
  • Experience fostering team collaboration and innovation.
  • Additional Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the job's location.
  • Willing to undergo background / security investigations and drug screening.
