• Construction Project Manager - Resort

In this role, you’ll oversee large-scale commercial and hospitality construction projects from concept through completion. S. and a fifth underway, we need an experienced leader to ensure our ambitious projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Wisconsin Dells, WI (with 25% travel)

Contract Administration : Oversee bid processes, prepare contract documents, ensure compliance with submittals, and manage project closeout.

Cost Management : Control project costs, including estimates, forecasts, pay requests, change orders, and financial reporting to stay within the owners budget.

Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely delivery of subcontractors and materials.

Quality Management : Inspect construction progress to guarantee that design objectives are met, coordinating with design and construction teams to uphold quality standards.

10+ years of experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager (or higher) role.

~ A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may substitute.

~ Demonstrated success as the lead project manager on at least five large-scale commercial projects ($5MM+), from ground-up construction to completion (tenant improvement projects do not qualify).
