Position : Sales Engineer (Data Centers Vertical)

Reports To : Senior Manager, Business Development

Location : 100% Remote

Remote Type : 100% Remote, with travel as needed

Territory : West Coast, USA (Texas)

Based In : Texas, USA - REMOTE

Travel : 50% minimum

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development (Data Centers), you will serve as a key member of the Thomson Power Systems commercial team. In this hands-on role, you\'ll drive the go-to-market sales strategy and develop our channel partnerships within the Data Centers vertical sector across the United States. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic sales team in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.
• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.
• Benefit from our streamlined operational structure that allows you to focus 100% on customer engagement and sales activities, supported by dedicated estimating, project management, and service execution teams.
• Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors
• Establish Thomson Power Systems\' brand presence in your vertical.
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base
• Exemplify Regal Rexnord\'s values and conduct business in accordance with the company\'s vision, mission, initiatives, and policies

Compensation Package to Include

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company\'s base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate\'s skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
