Job description

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying an Administrative Coordinator to support donation processing for a nonprofit organization serving youth and families. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments and is passionate about making a difference. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing donor records, processing gifts, sending thank you letters, and supporting compliance requirements in a mission-driven setting.

Proficiency in donor management or CRM software (e. g., Raisers Edge, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience in nonprofit or donor relations roles

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience with project management tools (e. g., Asana, Monday. com)

Familiarity with mail merge and database export functions

Background in child welfare or youth services organizations

1+ years of experience supporting office operations or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment

Technically savvy by navigating different systems to follow a 4-step process

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor

Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
