Job Description

Albany Engineered Composites (AEC) is a leading designer and manufacturer of lightweight composite aerospace structures, subassemblies, and components. The Opportunity :

AEC seeks a Contracts Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah, responsible for order management under large commercial and U.S. Government contracts.

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate proposal efforts for small RFPs / RFQs.
• Review and accept purchase orders per company policy.
• Manage internal sales orders and customer master data.
• Assist with demand and forecast management.
• Oversee external customer portal administration.
• Track Accounts Receivable and contractual records.
• Process export paperwork such as commercial invoices and Bills of Lading.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding proposals, orders, and accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet commitments.

Shift : Day (Monday - Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm)
