Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Account Representative for a full-time opportunity in Louisville, KY. This is a great role for someone detail-oriented and customer-focused with a strong desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
Inside Sales Account Representative Highlights:
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch
Full-time, direct-hire position with extensive benefits

Inside Sales Account Representative Benefits:

Inside Sales Account Representative Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers to understand needs and provide accurate product recommendations
Research and quote products with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
Communicate with manufacturers to confirm pricing, shipping, and availability
Track, manage, and follow up on quotes and sales orders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships
Support the growth of existing accounts while developing new customer relationships
Inside Sales Account Representative Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and eager to learn technical product information
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); NetSuite experience preferred
Previous inside sales experience is required
