This role focuses on caring for critically ill children in a busy Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, requiring both clinical expertise and compassionate communication. The shift schedule is overnight, with 11.5-hour shifts occurring three times a week from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM. This is a dynamic environment that demands vigilance, agility, and a genuine desire to improve pediatric patient outcomes.
