We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Itinerary and Destination Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning and booking personalized travel experiences flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and special requests

Research and book travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and activities

Share accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, travel regulations, and itineraries

Maintain clear and organized records of bookings, confirmations, and communications

Provide client support before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to use online booking tools

Must be authorized to work in one of the following countries :
