In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and care. You'll communicate findings and solutions to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand way, and you'll work with advanced tools and technology-including ServiceTitan software (experience a plus). Position Overview

This is a full-time HVAC Service Technician position based in Riverdale, NJ, serving Morris, Passaic, and Bergen Counties. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with overtime opportunities available. Compensation is performance-based, with top technicians earning up to $150,000+ annually. What You'll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should bring at least two years of residential HVAC service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NJ driver's license, and EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep knowledge of HVAC systems are essential, as are clear communication and customer service abilities. Physical requirements include climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, handling varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Bonus points if you're familiar with ServiceTitan or experienced with servicing boilers.
