Elevator Worker - Hereford, TX

This is a full-time, hourly position. Position summary : primary duties involve loading and unloading grain from trucks, railcars, and operate material handling equipment like dryers and conveyors. Performs essential housekeeping and basic maintenance duties to ensure safety and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to :

• Unload and load railcars and trucks
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, skid steer, front end loader, etc.)
• Assist with grain handling
• General housekeeping duties
• General maintenance / equipment inspections, as needed

Job requirements :

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an at-will position and the company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay for this position is expected to be $18-20.
