This posting is for a General Operator position at 3M Indianapolis, IN. 3M anticipates that multiple openings for this position will occur over time. Qualified applicants may be considered as General Operator openings occur at 3M Indianapolis, IN, and 3M will accept applications for up to 6 months from the posting date of this requisition. The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.16 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
