Job descriptionBright energetic people person Someone who demonstrates reliablity and can communicate well. The successful candidate will act as a resource to our Administrative Assistant and help with various other administrative duties. The candidate will need to operate independantly as a business driven leader including but not limited to front desk, inbound and outbound call work. Inbound calls Scheduling Routing calls Trouble shooting customer and team issues Interface with various vendors and municipalities Document Management Data management & tracking Advancement and extra income potential Make and distribute copies File Order supplies Keep records safe while protecting customers information. Strong level of tech knowledge : MS Windows Remain teachable and coachable 40 hours per week Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Hourly wage depends on experience
