$70,000 to $72,000 plus bonus and more!

Title of Position : General Manager

Job Description : The General Manager is assertive as well as an experienced GM-level food operator who has the skills to contribute within this catering industry leading company and has the drive to continue their career in a uniquely desirable concept. The General Manager will have a strong knowledge of managing a kitchen, including systems, menu procedures, inventory, labor, and food costs. The General Manager will be an energetic leader who can make a positive impact when it comes to taking care of our customers and, just as importantly, taking care of our staff.

Qualifications :

The General Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

Open availability is a requirement for the General Manager, with a focus on early mornings

The General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
