Wellness Experience Coordinator

Rate of Pay : $16–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Governors Club is seeking an organized, service-driven professional to serve as the Wellness Experience Coordinator , the face of our Wellness Center and the command center of administrative operations across our Wellness Campus. As the Wellness Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for their experience. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate both hospitality and administrative needs ensure that every visit is seamless and memorable. This position plays a key role in coordinating member services and overseeing the daily operational flow of the Wellness Center.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests upon entry to the Wellness Center

Answer phone calls and return messages promptly

Assist with pool and fitness class reservations, towel and coffee service, and general information

Restock towels, sanitizing stations, and the coffee bar

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness floor, group studios, and locker rooms

Facility upkeep in the Wellness Campus, inside and outside of the campus, overseeing Wellness, Fitness, and Racquet Sports areas

Support administrative tasks including webpage updates, class rosters, and class charges

Provide general operational assistance to ensure a premium member experience

Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds

6 Paid Holidays available to full-time employees after 90 days

401(k) Retirement Plan available to employees who complete 1,000 hours in a plan year. Governors Club will match employee contributions $0.50 for every $1 up to a maximum of 5 percent

Golfing privileges available to all employees after 90 days on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons

Position Details
