The Opportunity : Customer Success Specialist at TENEX, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their security goals and derive maximum value from our platform and services. You will be the primary advocate for our customers, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success, gaining valuable experience with the potential to become a TENEX Customer Success Manager.
Location : This role will require onsite in our Sarasota, FL location.

1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in cybersecurity, SaaS, or MDR services.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
