Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound SQLs and generate self-sourced opportunities tailored to the small business market
Conduct consultative client meetings and close sales by educating prospects on products and services
Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support to align services with hiring needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven B2B success in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, or Sales Development
Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications
1+ years of experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
Experience in cold calling and closing sales, preferably in HR software or background screening sales
