Position Description :
Plan, direct and monitor activities of the Clean Energy Center (CEC) Maintenance Department that is responsible for performing maintenance efficiently, safely and in accordance with Company policies and State and Federal regulations.
Establish policies to assure conformance with regulatory and insurance requirements, Quality guidelines and Constellation Nuclear policies.
Works with CEC Senior Management team to develop and implement plans that support
CEC and corporate business goals and objectives.
Is an active member of the Maintenance functional area peer group, improving performance and consistency of the fleet’s performance.
Accountable for safe, effective and efficient implementation of the Work Management processes at the CEC. This includes the scheduling, detailed planning / coordination and execution of daily online maintenance.
Oversight of CEC supply function is provided.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Experience working at a power plant, including nuclear power plant experience and supervisory experience
Familiarity with ANSI / ANS-3.1-2014 4.2.3
Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and / or testing in accordance with position duties
