Senior Accountant – Join Our Growing Team!

Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making an impact? We are looking for someone who is ready to apply your strong g / l and month end close skills in a small team where your contributions will be recognized and valued.

What You’ll Do :

Take charge of the month-end close process for public and private entities.

Review quarterly financials for several private investment funds.

Partner with the CFO to prepare annual consolidated statements.

Collaborate with property managers and lenders to deliver essential financial reports.

Import and review financial data in QuickBooks, then create reports for a range of real estate entities.

Support tax return preparation and special projects alongside the Tax Manager during tax season.

Assist staff and third-party accountants with audit schedules and requests.

What We’re Looking For :

At least 5 years of accounting experience, including drafting financial statements.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA is a plus!).

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the ability to apply it to both routine and unique assignments.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience with QuickBooks.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with a team.

Pay Details : $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
