Job description

We are seeking a skilled Remote Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.

Respond promptly to service requests and document all support activities.

Maintain system security and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications :

Associate or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in desktop or IT support (remote experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and remote support tools.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
