What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process and maintain documentation related to MSO participation and health plan enrollmentInput and update client data in the customer relationship management softwareMonitor practice and physician applications, ensuring timely communication regarding outstanding applicationsCollaborate with practice coaches to obtain accurate data for enrollment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationWork with the membership team to optimize processes and attend meetings as requiredWhat is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma requiredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent time management, project management, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact effectively with customersMust be a team player and operate in a collaborative working environmentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
