Job descriptionMovable equipment certification preferred. Experience with CIP / SIP systems, WFI, and clean utilities Develop and execute LOTO plans using P&IDs, electrical drawings, and equipment manuals. Write and manage : LOTO Permits, P&ID Markups, SSOW (Safe System of Work), HA (Job Hazard Analysis), LOTO Packets for commissioning and construction partner sign-off Perform field lockouts on black clean process systems, utilities, and movable equipment. Support Turnover Systems (TOS) LOTO and ensure full compliance with site protocols. Implement group lockout procedures when multiple personnel are involved.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Proven experience in LOTO programs within biotech, pharma, or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with bioprocessing equipment (e.g., stainless steel piping, pumps, tanks).
- Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated, high-safety environment.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

As operations scale, a dedicated Operations Safety Team is being formed to take over all Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) responsibilities from commissioning partners and transition to internal safety protocols.
