Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law and / or commercial litigation, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and a proactive approach to client service.

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and client communications
• Maintain compliance with firm policies and client expectations
