LanceSoft is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a local contract job in New Lenox, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Anesthesia

• Duration : 52 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Local Contract
• Shift choices :
• 1 required 24-hour shift + 1 additional 24-hour shift (48 hours / week)
• 1 required 24-hour shift + 1 16-hour shift (40 hours / week)
• 1 required 24-hour shift + 2 12-hour shifts (48 hours / week)
• General structure of the team : MD / CRNA care model
• 100% supervised
• Patient age demographic : pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric
• Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by MDs. We have fellowship-trained MDs for this.

Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - [REQUIRED]\nIL license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]\nBLS, ACLS, and PALS (by time of start) - [REQUIRED]\nCOVID and Flu vaccines (up-to-date by time of start) - [REQUIRED]\nUS trained and boarded - [REQUIRED]\nDoes the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? \nDEA (must be obtained prior to start) - \nCSR / CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
