SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a general anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum opportunity in Northern Illinois. Call is optional for this locum assignment, however those willing to do call will be preferred. The schedule will be M-F from 7a-3p. However, there are flexible shift options : 8s, 10s, or 12s. This opportunity can be ongoing. Work may be split between two nearby sites or applicants may ask to work at only one. Ideal applicants will have an IL license, ongoing availability, and experience with the cases listed below.

• Locum Rate : $200 / hr
• Locum Benefits : Paid Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice (With Tail)
• Cases : General, OB (epidurals), Spinals / Regionals, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Hearts (optional) No Peds or Pain management
• Call : Optional, but preferred
• Schedule : Flexible 8s, 10s, or 12s
• Sites : 2 nearby hospitals (May work at both)
• Requirements : IL License, ACLS, Ongoing availability
• EMR : One site EPIC, Other site Meditech
• Start Date : ASAP
• Credentialing : 60-90 days
