Job Description

This position works with designated business bankers. The PM assists the business banker in managing and monitoring their respective loan and deposit portfolio. This position ensures that loans comply with policy, audit procedures, federal and state regulations and Bank standards. This position acts as a liaison between the customer and the Business Banker. The PM has day to day contact with the customer, assuring the best products to meet the customer needs. Because this position will be very familiar with the customer’s portfolio, he / she can suggest different products, including but not limited to mortgage, CNIS, and treasury services that would best suit the customer’s and the Bank’s needs.

2 plus years in banking

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the loan cycle from beginning to end on loan documentation and closings.

Responsible for ensuring that regulatory, compliance procedures and bank policy / standard are adhered to for all loan transactions.

Responsible for necessary portfolio monitoring reports including Matured Loan Report, Past Due Report, Overdraft Report, NSF Report, Financial Statement & Tax Return Report

Responsible for Identifying and clearing all noted documentary, legal, safekeeping and policy exceptions and credit and collateral exceptions.

Responsible for submitting all loans to credit and loan department for the lender.

Works closely with credit and loan department on all submission of new and renewed loans.

Responsible for working lenders maturity report and having renewals handled in a timely manner.

Responsible for Lenders overdrafts and past dues on a daily basis.

Responsible for coordinating with Title Companies, attorneys, customers on all closings.

Responsible for adding new loan customers into horizon system.

Closes the loans for the bank as necessary.

Handles all questions from customers on existing or new loan request.

Willing to back up in any area of the bank as needed.
