What You'll Do :

• Become the central hub for traveler operations and stakeholder management
• Masterfully manage traveler escalations and comprehensive program inquiries
• Drive strategic change management and employee education on travel policies
• Implement and optimize new travel tools and processes
• Collaborate with the client's Travel Management Company (TMC) to monitor and exceed performance targets
• Act as the critical liaison between the online support team and client configurations
• Administer and optimize user experiences within booking platforms
• Develop strategic site messaging recommendations
• Provide ongoing educational support to travelers and bookers
• Proactively develop and deliver comprehensive travel reporting
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on travel work streams
• Monitor policy compliance and identify behavioral trends
• Generate data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Participate in advanced business requirement analysis
• Provide timely and transparent issue updates
• Research and resolve complex travel-related challenges
• Interface effectively with clients and internal TMC groups
• Utilize analytical and creative approaches to distill complex information
• Operate with a sense of urgency and exceptional time management

What We're Looking For :

Location : United States

The US national base salary range for this position is from $60,200.00 - $111,800.00. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and / or company performance.
